out-of-order elevator partial room cleaning
The reception staff offered warm cookies upon arrival, a nice touch.
I encountered some issues . One of the elevators was out of order, resulting in long waits. the room cleaning on one day was only partially completed, quite unsatisfactory.

lovely bar spacious room
The staff was helpful. The lobby offered a very lovely bar area. It was a nice service to rent umbrellas and use a Uber machine. My room was spacious. It was clean and well presented.
The fridge was fairly useless and never got cold.

my superior queen room had comfy beds and a great location. the staff was very attentive to all my needs. i found the car park underneath very convenient. the hotel offers a good value for money.
the shortest check in and checkout times are not consistent with the hilton chain. this was slightly disappointing, though understandable given the hotel's popularity.

the room was comfortable, with super friendly staff readily available to assist. the shower was amazing. the kettle in the room made it easy for me to make drinks whenever i wanted. the cleanliness and tidiness of the room impressed me.

cute smiles easy access
the team member offer cute smiles and efficient help. location it is, provides very easy access the heart of the city centre. car parking is available for additional convenience. i did appreciate the quick check out using the key drop box.
my room's television experienced ongoing signal loss. this interruption detract from what it could be a peaceful stay. i hope they resolve this issue .

friendly reception superb location terrible smell dated bathroom
i found the reception team very friendly! the hotel has a true 4 star feel throughout. the location was superb. nearby parking was convenient.
my room was not cleaned after a long day out. i returned to find no replenished tea or coffee. the bathroom sink had a terrible smell and the bathroom is quite dated.
